All orders are shipped UPS ground. Shipping not available to all states. Because of the delicate nature of wine, we reserve the right to ship at a later date due to extreme heat or cold. Damages to wine as a result of UPS delivery times are not refundable. A 21+ adult with identical name of recipient must be present to sign for the wine upon arrival. When we recieve orders before 1pm PST orders will ship within 24 hours, but we reserve the right to hold shipments to a later date due to extreme weather conditions (typically just a few days).
