Kalyra will refund any wine found to be bad. We will not refund wine that is pushed or corked due to UPS delivery. Please contact the winery directly for help with acceptable refunds. Do not throw away or pour out bottles as photos will be used to determine eligibility of refund. Call 805-693-8864 provide your contact information, order information and problem with shipment.
