Our Nouveau style red is back! Nicknamed “Rose’s big sister,” the grapes are fermented on the skins for 3 days instead of the normal 7-10; then the wine finishes fermenting in stainless steel tanks. The result is a bright vibrant red, low in tannins, with very pronounced fruit aromatics. Serve it room temperature or pop it in the fridge--we call this our pizza and burger wine!
