Made from Gruner Veltliner grapes from our vineyard--one of the only plantings in the Santa Ynez Valley. Mike used this grape in a different way; when the grapes freeze the water crystallizes and concentrates the actual grape juice up to 55% sugar. The result is an extraordinary aromatic sweet balance with natural acidity.
