This blend is 50% Gruner Veltliner and 50% Sauvignon Blanc. At first sip there is a definite hint of peach and apricot. Upon second sip you get the grassy/organic notes coming from the Sauvignon Blanc. This wine pairs wonderfully with anything spicy or just some pizza and chips.
