This is an up and coming varietal that holds its roots in cooler growing areas of Austria, but is also grown in Germany and Hungaray. These grapes were grown about six years ago, which is a little longer than most white varietals and picked later in harvest. It therefore lends itself to a full-bodied feel while remaining crisp and fresh with fantastic citrus undertones. The wine shows off very unique characteristic such as a white pepper and a dry finish.
